Errors

On this page, you can find some resources that will help you using our different API services.

Here, you can find some of the most common errors you can get as an answer to one of your requests to our webservices. You may encounter some more specific variants of one of these (like, for instance: “no company was found” instead of “no data”).

204Pas de données (No data)

Description

There is no data that corresponds to your critera.

Please note:

Some of our older webservices may respond with a 404 HTTP status code instead.

400Paramètre manquant (Missing parameter)

Description

One of the required parameters is missing or has no value.

400Format invalide (Wrong format)

Description

The format of one or more parameters is erroneous.

400Ordre des datres incorrect (Wront date order)

Description

You set an end date smaller than a start date in your filters.

400Intervalle de dates trop long (Too long time period)

Description

You set a too long time period.

Possible solution:

Unless otherwise specified, most webservices won't accept a date period filter value greater than 7 days.

400Aucun critère (No criteria)

Description

You didn't set any search criteria. Only apply to search-oriented webservices; the others will grant you a 400 HTTP status code “Missing parameter” (see above).

401Échec d'authentification (Authentication failed)

Description

Your authentication request is not (or no longer) valid.

Possible solution:

Please check that your authentication token is valid. Mind that generating a new token sets all previously generated tokens as non valid, regardless of their expiration date. If you're using one of the older authentication methods, please go check this link.

403Accès révoqué (Revoked access)

Description

You don't have access to this webservice anymore.

Possible solution:

If you think this is an error or wish to renew your access, please contact our technical support team.

403Trop d'appels (Too many requests)

Description

You sent too many request in a row.

Possible solution:

Please try again later.

404Pas de données (No data) (legacy)

Description

There is no data that corresponds to your critera.

Please note:

Newer webservices will respond with a 204 HTTP status code instead.

405Méthode HTTP invalide (Wrong HTTP method)

Description

The HTTP method you used to send your request is not allowed.

Possible solution:

Please check whether or not the targeted webservices accepts the HTTP method you used on the documentation page. Some webservices only allow HTTP GET methods, and some only HTTP POST.

500Échec de restitution (Failed to process data) (iframes)

Description

The iframe failed to process the data.

Possible solution:

Please contact our IT team.

501Other

Description

An error that doesn't correspond to any predetermined scenario has occured.

Possible solution:

If the issue goes on, please contact our technical support team or your dedicated contact person.
